Getting Started
Welcome to ShareSmart! Follow the steps below to start using the extension:
- Install ShareSmart extension
If you haven't installed ShareSmart yet, download it here to add it to your browser. - Already Installed?
Simply click the ShareSmart icon in your extensions list to launch it. (Refresh your webpage if it doesn't open) - Login
Once opened, you will be prompted to login. Enter the same email you used when purchasing a plan, and if you are correctly registered the login page will automatically close and take you back to a fully unlocked extension!
Troubleshooting
- During login, if you get an "Email not found" error, please make sure to sign up by purchasing a plan, and try again. Make sure you login with the same email you used to purchase a plan.
- If the ShareSmart extension is not showing up in your toolbar, make sure to pin the extension, refresh the page, and try again.
- If your annotations or blur elements aren't displaying correctly, try refreshing the page or relaunching ShareSmart extension.
- If your issues persist, contact us at team@sharesmart.app for assistance.

Q: Do you offer a free trial?
A: Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access until the end of your billing period.
Q: Is my data secured with the ShareSmart extension?
A: Yes, we take the security of your data seriously. Your data is not being sold to third parties or used for any purposes other than providing the extension's core functionalities.
Q: Can I use ShareSmart extension on any website on the internet?
A: Yes, you can use ShareSmart on any website. However, if any changes occur to a website, it may not work correctly. We recommend refreshing the page and trying to draw your markups again using ShareSmart (it has worked in most cases 😉).
